Master the authentic Thai taste cooking unusual dishes from Thailand's Pak Issan region along with some well known favourites.
Hands on cooking with students doing all the preparation and cooking under my supervision,usually two dishes per session although spring rolls and the like take up one whole session.
Students take home the cooked food to enjoy with their families and friends

The object of both courses is to have fun and for everyone to enjoy themselves - and learn some cooking on the way! There is a very good atmosphere at both centres and many of my students have become firm friends
A visit to Wat Buddhapadipa in Wimbledon for the Loy Katong Festival is also a possibility for those interested.
